Getting Started with the Connectivity Management Platform

Welcome to the Solve Networks Clarity™ Connectivity Management (CCM) platform—your central hub for deploying, managing, and monitoring Industrial IoT connectivity at scale.

Whether you’re deploying IoT smart sensors in the field or need a scalable solution to manage your entire connected infrastructure, Solve’s platform delivers the tools you need. Activate SIMs, monitor uptime, and control data usage with the reliability that Solve Networks is known for. This quick start guide walks you through setting up your Solve Networks account, activating SIMs, and getting connected—fast.

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

First, Solve Networks’ team will email you an invitation to set up a new account. Once you receive that email, please click on the link and fill out the form.

You’ll receive credentials to access the Solve Networks Connectivity Portal—your foundation for connecting the internet of things and business.

STEP 2: ACTIVATE YOUR SIMS

Solve SIMs are designed for maximum uptime. To get connected:

  1. Log in to CCM and click the Activate menu on the left.
  2. Select your stock SIM(s) from the list on the right or enter ICCIDs manually, one per row.
  3. Enter required fields: ICCID and IMEI (note: IMEI isn’t required for AT&T Enhanced or Solve Networks-only SIMs).
  4. Add optional fields like Nickname or Tags (comma-separated), then click Continue.
  5. Choose a Rate Plan from your available options.
  6. Click Activate Subscriber, which loads the “Activation Complete” confirmation screen.
  7. Go to the Subscribers menu to view newly activated SIMs—columns like Subscriber ID and IP may show “pending” until full provisioning is complete

Tip: Solve SIMs are multi-carrier by default, giving you better coverage in remote industrial areas.

STEP 3: MONITOR & MANAGE

Once devices are live, monitor and manage your entire network from a single pane of glass.
