Hello Eaton EV Customer. Thank you for your interest in Solve Networks!

Below is our New Account set up form, so we may activate and enable cellular Internet connectivity to your new Eaton EV Hotspot kit.  Once your SIM cards are activated, you will be billed $50.00 / month for 5GB of data from Solve Networks.  You will have access to our online billing and SIM management portal should you need to make any account changes.  This service is provided as a month-to-month agreement and there is no long-term contract, you may cancel at any time.

Once your account setup is completed you may email SIM ID’s and IMEI numbers (found inside the Eaton EV Hotspot kit) to the Solve Team at activations@solvenetworks.com.  It is recommended to send this email for activation 3 to 5 days before site installation to ensure the equipment is plug and play ready.
